I have always listened eagerly to Dr. Charles Stanley. I have just started reading the book and find his reasons for Eternal Security compelling and assuring. Knowing this, I can relax in the Lord instead of fretting over every sin or defect in my character. I am covered with the Blood of the Lamb now and forever. My father just recently entered his home in heaven. What peace and joy I have knowing that he is at home with the Lord Jesus Christ, my Savior and his Savior.
Thank God for people like Charles Stanley.

Dr. Stanley's clear and sound teaching of God's Word helps clear the doubts and questions of those who believe you can fall from Grace... So many are living in doubt and discouragement and yet the Gospel of Jesus Christ is one of hope, encouragement, security and freedom from the bondage of sin and man's requirements. If the message of the Lord's is positive and the doctrine of those spreading doubt and discouragement is negative... then where does such a doctrine come from?? It's a counterfeit teaching and I believe Dr. Stanley does an excellent job addressing the issue.

This is the one of the greatest books Dr. Stanley has ever written. At a time when I needed assurance of my salvation and not just other people's opinions, as there are many, Dr. Stanley showed in scriptures and the Lord's work thru me in the Holy Spirit, I have never ever doubted my salvation again. Thank you Dr. Stanley for continuing to be America's preacher.

This is a great book for people who don't know about their security or need assurance. I always knew we were forever saved but this set in stone and helped me be more prepared to have answers for others that are not sure.

Great Great book if u are like me had worried a lot of your life if your salvation was secure then this book is a must read. Dr Stanley takes a real depth look at salvation how u receive it and explains there is no way we can loose our Salvation through gods awesome gift it will give u answers you have been looking for i hope it helps you like it has helped me.

How this book has freed me! Raised to believe the other view, I was always walking in fear of losing my salvation, would I miss the rapture, and I was always trying to be good enough, and failing! I wanted to believe once saved always saved, but kept finding verses that I thought condemned me. I did not even have to finish this book before Charles Stanley had shown me that I am a saved child of God, and that my salvation is eternal. How many times would Jesus have to die on the cross for my sins! His sacrifice was enough, Since this book has given me the assurance of my Salvation, my walk with Christ has really taken off, and I am now allowing God to make me good enough! He does it so much much better. I purchased a copy for each of my loved ones who had the same fears! This book is a must read for anyone who is living with the same fear that I had.

Very insightful study into Jesus' promise of eternal life. Provides exegesis for many of the verses people use to oppose the doctrine of eternal security. Dr. Stanley was once opposed to the doctrine himself. He explains how being opposed to it hinders a friendship with Jesus, and that those who believe salvation can be taken away promotes earning one's way to salvation out of duty, not love. For if a person is given eternal life and loses it, how then was it eternal? Excellent study.
